Description

Thai Lanna Hand Written Yant Cinnabar Phra Phrom Serm Duang Maha Choklarp Candle Master: Ajarn Nen Temple: Samnak, Bangkok, Thailand Year: B.E. 2569 / C.E. 2026 Estimated Size: 12 cm (H) × 5 cm (L) × 4 cm (B) Ceremony This sacred candle was blessed and consecrated by Ajarn Nen through continuous chanting and invocation using the sacred Phra Phrom Wicha (spiritual spell and ritual practice). Purpose The Phra Phrom Serm Duang Maha Choklarp Candle is created for: Clearing negative karma and spiritual obstacles Transforming bad luck into good fortune Enhancing wealth, prosperity, and opportunities Bringing blessings, success, and wish fulfillment Brahma – The God of Creation Brahma, known in Thailand as Phra Phrom or Thao Maha Phrom, is regarded as one of the principal deities in Hinduism and is also widely revered in Thai Buddhist culture. Devotees believe that Brahma is the creator of the world and all living beings, and serves as a divine protector over humanity, animals, and destiny itself. Worshipping Phra Phrom is believed to bring: Good fortune and prosperity Protection and safety Peace and harmony Success in life and relationships Blessings and positive opportunities Candle Lighting – Ancient Northern Thai Belief The ritual of candle lighting, or Tien Puja, originates from the traditional spiritual sciences of the Lanna people of Northern Thailand. Passed down through generations of spiritual teachers, this sacred practice is believed to help: Improve one’s destiny and fortune Reduce the severity of negative astrological influences, especially those associated with Rahu Remove misfortune and obstacles Restore health and vitality Heal broken relationships and attract love Bring longevity, peace, and blessings Traditionally, these candles are lit during important life transitions or during the changing of the year to invite renewed fortune, positive energy, and auspicious blessings into one’s life. Biography of Ajarn Nen Ajarn Nen was born in B.E. 2521 (1978) in Phetchabun, Thailand. At the age of 20, he entered monkhood at Wat Sabudom Monkoltam. During his early years as a monk, he devoted himself to meditation and Buddhist chanting. After three years in monkhood, he began undertaking tudong journeys — spiritual pilgrimages through mountains and caves — to deepen his meditation practice. These solitary journeys often lasted between one and three months. Through intensive meditation during these tudongs, Ajarn Nen is believed to have developed spiritual connections with mountain deities, Lersi Narai, and Phra Phrom. Through these connections, he began learning sacred wichas (spiritual knowledge and rituals). He also studied under various masters and learned the sacred art of Sak Yant from Phor Bua, a master from the renowned lineage of Phor Thiang.
