Alternatively, you can purchase study tips for $5 as a standalone. It is 4 pages long and consist of general tips and samples of materials i used for each module. Additional materials such as ISCA guidances/ reports/ past year paper answers can be provided upon request. I will provide word document and excel versions of the notes so that you can easily add on/ use the templates. As much as setting the notes to PDF and restricting editting rights would prevent resellers, I believe it would be for the better if you can access these notes and edit/ use them efficiently. Hence, please DO NOT resell the notes as a lot of time and effort was spent collating and coming up with the notes. Lastly, all the best for the exams! It may be tough working full time and studying, but I believe proper planning and efficient studying will lead to good results :)
