Ron was excellent when installation the pet door for my dog. He was meticulous and it was obvious he has been doing this for years. He ensured the door was a suitable height for my really short dog, ensured the levelling of the dog door before installation, and brought multiple sizes to measure the most suitable one for my puppy.
